Mr. Ware’s class created thank you cards with messages to our troops stationed in various places. Today we received a photo showing that the cards were received. The troops were very thankful and appreciative! Our students are awesome and make a difference in the smallest ways!

Miss Petersen's class completed their first Project Lead the Way Lesson. The kids learned all about structure and function. The students had to problem solve different scenarios which included building a beanstock, houses for the three little pigs, and making a paint brush.
Our Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month came to a successful end! We raised over $1,000 on our shirt and bracelet sales. Thank you! Big thanks to Mrs. Lash for her efforts this month! Congratulations to our coloring contest winners: Mila, Lennon, Arianna, Baylee, Gracie, and Truleigh(sister, Monica in photo on her behalf).

Coach Call’s Obstacle Course Week in Physical Education classes!
Petco at the Highlands is hosting a kitten adoption day from Noon to 3pm on Saturday. A group of 4th grade leaders drew pictures of the cats and wrote a persuasive essay about why each kitten would be a great fur baby. Good work, Big Reds!
