First grade got to have a visit from a local author, Abbey Duplaga, today. Such a treat to have a published author of children's books right here. Check her out online or see her books at the Olive Branch in the mall. Thank you so much Abbey! The kids enjoyed it so much.

The annual cookie election took place today in Miss Price's class! Her students had to visit the voting booth with their valid "I.d" to vote for Oreo cookies or chocolate chip! ❤️💙🇺🇸 Students learned all about Election Day and why their voice is important!🍪 Chocolate chip cookies took the win!
